Six measures to request from the project record

Motor Load

Record steady and peak electrical demand under a defined user and speed protocol.

Belt Wear

Inspect alignment, surface condition and tension at stated operating-hour intervals.

Measure console draw after the configured inactivity period, with network state recorded.

Cable Condition

Log fraying, pulley tracking and end-stop integrity on selectorized resistance stations.

Verification briefs

Treadmill electrical profile

Environment: nominal site voltage and ambient condition. Method: warm up, then log watts at stated speed, incline and test load. Data: average and peak draw. Reproduce: repeat three runs on the same configuration.

Running-belt inspection

Environment: equipment isolated and cooled. Method: inspect surface, tracking, tension and deck contact. Data: operating hours and observed condition. Reproduce: photograph the same marked positions at each interval.

Selectorized station review

Environment: unloaded machine on level floor. Method: move through full travel and inspect cable, pulley and stops. Data: resistance setting and any noise or drag. Reproduce: use the same checklist after maintenance.
